Who Should Take This Course:
The primary audience is IT support staff responsible for administering a Microsoft 365 environment.
The secondary audience is those wanting a foundation knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and intend to administer compliance and security, or device management, and plan on taking the MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator and/or MD-102: Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator exams.
Course Requirements:
- Some understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, such as Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Working experience with an identity service such as Active Directory Domain Services and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Working experience with business email systems such as Microsoft Exchange.
- Basic understanding of networking, including IP addressing, firewalls, and name resolution services such as DNS.
- Some experience working with Windows PowerShell.
- Experience working with Windows client operating systems, such as Windows 11.
